DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-5 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock.
Gigglecraft will endeavour to search in store for styles if they are not available in the online store warehouse.
If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Gigglecraft, as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
On the Australian website (www.Gigglecraft.com) the nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$).
All prices displayed on the Australia website (www.Gigglecraft.com) will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).

All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and will include Goods and Services Tax (10% GST) for all orders being delivered within Australia.
All Australian domestic customers and deliveries sent to Australian delivery addresses from the Australian Website (www.Gigglecraft.com) will be subject to Australian GST.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We understand selecting the products online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 28 days of purchase.
Gigglecraft reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a Gigglecraft a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be sent within 48 hours of the garments arrival at the Gigglecraft Head Office.
- a) Gigglecraft will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- b) For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
- c) In the event that your product is lost in transit, Gigglecraft will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post.
- d) We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Gigglecraft reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.
